How do I backup my data?

You can enable "Online Backup" in the app settings to securely sync your data to the cloud. This requires creating a free account. Alternatively, your data is included in your device's standard system backups (iCloud/Google Drive).

Is there a subscription?

Ok Good Yes is free to use with all core tracking features available without a subscription.
